The Singular Originating Sources Of All Of What Is Referenced As “Evidence”
Demonstrating the interconnectedness of what are portrayed as unrelated and independent parties cited as evidence. However, these are the same parties who fabricate evidence and then launder it through others in the grouping so that it appears clean, i.e. as independently corroborated facts supported by those cited.
Over the last two years, there have been no new sources, allegations, or evidence. Everything comes from the consortium's principal members.
In the civil proceedings [KEITH BROAD] v DR, [KEITH BROAD]/[INGE BROAD]/[MR DE SWARDT]prepared the application prior to the December arrest with the intention of submitting it after the arrest, allowing the matter to be heard with no opposition or effective opposition. (i was incarcerated, had no access to any information to mount a defence, or attorneys to brief them (thanks to [MR DE SWARDT]/[KETH BROAD]), and all devices, equipment, data, and documents were confiscated during the raid. In those proceedings, the vast majority of the bundle, in fact everything new in the bundle, consisted of the [MR DE SWARDT]dossier, four news articles from Rapport, News24, and Netwek24, the petition, the various criminal and civil cases. All of this makes for a damning read. But look a little deeper, and every single one of these was authored by the consortium.

The Fabricated Case List: How Every Legal Action in the December Application Traces Back to the Same People
Keith Broad’s Misrepresentation to the Courts & Recycling of False Evidence
This table reveals how every case cited in Keith Broad’s December application originates from the same small group of individuals, proving that:
✔ Keith Broad falsely presented these cases as separate, independent, and unrelated, despite all originating from the same consortium members—himself and Paula Disberry.
✔ Several cases were listed twice, artificially inflating the number of allegations.
✔ Many cases had already been thrown out by the prosecution, yet were deliberately included to mislead the courts.
✔ Media24 selectively reported only damaging claims, ignoring counter-evidence and case dismissals.
✔ The timing of the application was deliberate, ensuring Darren Russell was incarcerated and unable to challenge the false claims.
✔ The dossier compiled by Wouter de Swardt served as the foundation for these cases, laundering fabricated claims through multiple channels to create the illusion of independent corroboration.

And the pièce de resistance; the dossier on the guest who arrived after the arrest to find they had nowhere to stay.
A case originating with [PAULA DISBERRY] and [MR DE SWARDT], who had stolen DR’s passport to make extending his visa impossible, with the charge being his failure to extend his visa
The reference to the DPP was a lie told by [MR DE SWARDT]
The malicious prosecution. Charges laid by IB with assistance from [MR DE SWARDT] first alleging theft of three TVs (untrue), then changing that to alleging the junk contents of a back room (also untrue, IB knew they were in safe storage), changing again to those same items having a value of almost a million Rand. Importantly, DR had been granted bail on those charges which were subsequently thrown out by the judge. But [MR DE SWARDT] had ensured the SAPS station kept the file alive for future use. Its inclusion despite the fact the charges had been thrown out four months prior
The malicious prosecution by [PAULA DISBERRY] instructed by [MR DE SWARDT]; The charge laid by [PAULA DISBERRY] despite a formal and thorough end of tenancy handover with the housekeeper, DR, the property manager and 32FB housekeeper spending two full days working through a shared list and the housekeeper’s confirmation everything but a fluffy lamp was accounted for as well as the fact the property was returned by way of a full and final settlement. With [PAULA DISBERRY] and [MR DE SWARDT] then stalling the investigation so that it remained live at the point of arrest and afterwards for just such a use
The complaint the investigating officer had confirmed was a civil matter of contract law and was in no way criminal, kept alive by [PAULA DISBERRY] and [MRDE SWARDT] for future use. With zero activity on the file in the year that had passed

Battle Of The Protection Orders
The battle of the Protection Orders, with DR’s legitimate one obtained after [KETH BROAD] kicked the door in and force his way in, on top of the multiple illegal evictions prior to versus [KETH BROAD]’s bogus PO obtained through demonstrable perjury claiming he lived at the property and the thugs who had assisted [MR DE SWARDT] in July were in fact those of DR sent to intimidate him.
A claim made multiple times by [MR DE SWARDT]; the promise of evidence to come in the future to substantiate the claims of a scam, yet at no point in 2022, at no point before or after the arrest, and at no point since has this new evidence ever been provided. For some it seems, the apparently earnest promise of evidence to come or evidence held to be released is as good as the evidence itself.
Motivated, funded, aided, propelled by [PAULA DISBERRY], [MR DE SWARDT] and [KETH BROAD]. Resulting in two illegal arrests, two periods of wrongful imprisonment and when each pf the charges were scrutinised, they were thrown out or withdrawn.
(another reason for the timing of the arrest and the application, to ensure while progressing the defendant was an “accused, arrested for X and currently in Pollsmoor pending trial”)
The Hidden and Absolute Inter Connectivity
All of this same information is making its way into the criminal case docket as if it were independently sourced, corroborated by various independent, unrelated, and unbiased parties. It also made its way to News24 and other journalists.
All fabricated but recycled so many times and in so many ways, it now has its own legitimacy and is re-represented, represented, and regurgitated as fact.
However, he fails to bring to the attention of either the court, SAPS, the NPA, the media, or indeed any of those he has tried to recruit to the campaign, that they all originate from the same people, the same founding members of the consortium. Nor does he provide accurate accounts of their current status.
Remembering his dossier was created post the December arrest, the docket on half should have been closed as the cases were thrown out and he fails to mention the originals of any of them. All of which have their origins with these people.
Media24's reportage is unique in that it very selectively picks at very specific incidents throughout 2022 and 2023 and publishes only those incidents that would reflect badly on me, totally ignoring every single incident which could counter those published, every single incident that would reflect positively on me, and further fails to provide updates or conclusions to a story it decided to only publish the portions it chases. I can honestly say i have never read a series of articles that has done this
