Serg Stevens’s arrest (what is not referenced in the docket): the team members not referenced in the docket are Denis Dalton, Wouter de Swardt, and Johan Schalkwyk. I must admit that I am not familiar with the law regarding private investigators and the police, including the scope and limits of investigations, arrests, searches, and seizures. In the UK, a private investigator would have no place on a police team during a raid or an arrest.
They would absolutely not be allowed anywhere near a police investigation when they are working for and on behalf of a person in serious conflict with the same person being investigated. Any contributions they did make would be as thoroughly investigated as any other item of evidence and never taken at face value.
I understand that private investigators have a greater role in South Africa, partly because the police are overworked and under-resourced. But to my knowledge, that involvement begins and ends with supplying evidence the PI may have gathered, theoretically, for the police to analyze and see if it is helpful.
I don’t understand why they allowed three private investigators, two of whom falsely claimed to be qualified PIs with PSIRA licenses, to be in both of my homes during the raid and arrest.
Even more astoundingly, they took part in the illegal eviction and takeover of the property on Leirmans Road, participated in the search for the safe, and, most alarmingly, were not just along for the ride but were actively running the show.
HUNT FOR THE SAFE BY MR DE SWARDT, DENIS DALTON AND SERG STEVENS
Excerpt from the chronology related to the search for the safe, conspiracy to commit theft, and Serg Stevens’s part in that conspiracy.
At the start of the raid/arrest Serg Stevens instructed that the housekeepers show the officers around the property while I remain in the bedroom/office. There are thirty rooms at the property and the housekeepers were to show the officers each room. I was not present for any of the search other than that which took place in my bedroom office.
Considering Mr de Swardt and SEG STEVENS had flipped the loyalty of the housekeeper a few days before the arrest, telling him of the arrest, and asking him to work for the owners once they had arrested me and got me out, the fact he was showing them around must be a breach of protocol. I would have thought I should have been present in each room.
After several hours, as the search ended, and nothing had been found, the task force was leaving, and the raid/arrest/operation was being wound down. Mr de Swardt had the Investigating Officer Serg Stevens make up an excuse saying he now needed me to show him each room. I thought this very strange as they had all been in every room by then. I said we can take the lift to the kitchen and start from there. Serg Stevens disagreed and said to start with the master bedroom. Where he took me, unaccompanied by anyone else.
But he took me to the master bedroom only. When we arrived Mr de Swardt and Denis Dalton were waiting in the room and asked, "where is the safe?". To which I replied, "what safe?”, Mr de Swardt: "the one behind the false wall", I replied, "you're in the wrong property, that's Hove Road”. Mr de Swardt and Deni Dalton were noticeably disappointed and angry. Denis Daton had spent a full month searching for the safe via his employee who was my security detail during that time
It was the safe and its contents that was the real purpose of the search and he task force.
When I said there was no safe Serg Stevens than took me directly to the guest apartment at the front of the building. When I asked why we’re not doing the room-to-room search as he had instructed, he said “never mind about that now.
I found it very strange Mr de Swardt was even at the raid and arrest let alone leading it. I was very shocked Denis Dalton was there in my home only a few weeks earlier having embezzled R1.2 million from me and planned to torture me for my account details, empty the account and then murder me. Even more shocked to be in a room with only Mr de Swardt, Serg Stevens and Denis Dalton. It was very sinister.

SAPS AND WOUTER DE SWARDT CHOREOGRAPHED MY EXIT FOR THE WAITING CAMERAMEN
As I was being taken down to the garage, Debs Dalton and Wouter de Swardt both called ahead to alert the cameramen. Denis Dalton also called his colleague, Johan Schalkwyk.
The photograph in the news publication was provided by Denis Dalton and Johan Schalkwyk.
Wouter de Swardt instructed the Investigating Officer to park the car well away from the property and not in the garage. He also instructed him to take me around the far side of the car for maximum exposure to the waiting media. This was all pre-planned.
The Hawks officer suggested giving me a jacket to cover my face, but the Investigating Officer, YY, rejected that suggestion. As we were walking towards the car, the officer also said to take me directly, but Serg Stevens ignored him and took me the long way around.
All this was done to intentionally humiliate me and maximize the exposure of the arrest. It was already an absurd spectacle with a massive SWAT team and so many police officers.
I often wonder how many of those present actually knew the real reason, knew it was an unlawful arrest and detention.

Denis Dalton And Johan Schalkwyk let Mr de Swardt know when my replacement passport arrived. He informed Paula Disberry ordered Mr De Swardt to steal the replacement passport. Mr de Swardt then tells Denis Dalton And Johan Schalkwyk to use an opportunity to steal the passport. Which they do, passing it to Mr de Swardt who passes it to Paula Disberry

SERG STEVENS, DENIS DALTON AND WOUTER DE SWARDT’S ILLEGAL AND SECRET RAID AND ARREST AT 16 LEIRMANS RD
As is detailed in the chronological timeline, on the morning of the arrest, all involved gathered for a pre-arrest briefing. The team, comprising Hout Bay SAPS, Bellville Commercial Crime, Hawks, and the Special Task Force, included 25 to 30 personnel. Officially, the team was under the command of Investigating Officer Serg Stevens, who managed every aspect of the case. However, unofficially, de Swardt, a private investigator with no official rank, wielded significant power and control.
The team split into two units: one headed to 32 Fisherman’s Bend for the official arrest, and the other, including de Swardt and Denis Dalton, went to 16 Leirmans Road for a secret, illegal raid. Using the spectacle of the official arrest as cover, de Swardt’s team carried out an unauthorized raid and arrest at Leirmans Road, breaching a High Court interdict.
The housekeeper at Leirmans Road was handcuffed and taken to 32 Fisherman’s Bend, where de Swardt reported to Stevens, showing him the keys to the property. Despite not being present at the illegal raid, Stevens was aware of and supported the operation. The housekeeper and other staff were detained, their phones were confiscated by de Swardt.
As the official arrest continued at 32 Fisherman’s Bend, de Swardt and Dalton coordinated with Stevens. De Swardt called Inge Broad to confirm they had regained the property, saying, “We have got him; he won’t be coming back this time,” referring to me. The housekeeper was held at the property for the duration of the police presence. De Swardt took the housekeeper to the bedroom where i was held, and Stevens coordinated the seizure of equipment and documents.
De Swardt informed Stevens, “It’s sorted, the housekeeper is here,” showing him the keys. Stevens replied, “Good, good,” but expressed disappointment that Ollie was not present. Stevens assured de Swardt they would deal with me first and then get Ollie.
The housekeeper was taken back downstairs to be with the other detained staff. It remains unclear if they were arrested or simply detained. De Swardt confiscated all their phones and has yet to return them. Afterward, de Swardt and Stevens were seen deep in conversation, with de Swardt handing out orders.

So, I asked two Afrikaans friends without prompts or context, and they came up with the same as Google. Only then realising I had not lost it, but that it had been taken and kept.

A corrupt network involving SAPS, Serg Stevens, and others embezzled funds, stole my passport, and set up a villa scam in my name. Their ultimate plan was to drug, torture, and kill me to access my accounts, with Mario Boffa positioned to take over. The ease with which they expected to execute and escape consequences was both chilling and calculated.
Remembering, if they stole the money from my secret bank accounts or the cash and diamonds in the suitcase, there would be no crime.
Because the money was stolen or fraudulently obtained, it technically could not exist officially anywhere. So, no one would report the crime (“Please, officer, someone has stolen my stolen money”); unlike a burglary, bank robbery, or theft from a bank account, there could be no physical evidence or crime to report.
Had they gotten into the bank accounts and emptied them and found the suitcase and taken that too, then whilst I would not have been able to go to the police and tell them someone stole my stolen money, I would have been able to report the multiple other crimes they would have had to have committed to get to that point, including the torture.
The idea had originally been to drug me and, while asleep, empty my secret accounts before one of them realized that once on my laptop, they would not know what they were looking for, how to access it, or what passwords to use. Torture, therefore, was the only option.
It would be ridiculous to think that they would have done all this and let me live.
The scam narrative proved perfect to provide motivation get the scumbag scammer, and a goal get to the millions that were the proceeds of the scams, which no one would miss).

Their plan relied on the idea that stolen money couldn’t be reported, making their crime seemingly invisible. Initially, they intended to drug me and empty my accounts, but realizing they lacked access details, torture became their solution. Given their motive and belief in the scam narrative, there was no scenario in which they would have let me live.

If I simply vanished one day, then I would have run away, no doubt to some secret location, to spend my secret millions obtained via my secret profiles from the secret bookings that resulted. No doubt choosing to run because they and Mr de Swardt were onto me with more “proof” ...
Who would not swallow that story? And with the influence Mr de Swardt and the consortium have within SAPS and especially Hout Bay SAPS whose jurisdiction this would fall under), there was no chance of any meaningful investigation.
I have no idea if Mr de Swardt was involved, and if so, how deeply. But as they were liaising with and, in some senses, reporting to Mr de Swardt from the outset, they would need a his help in ensuring Hout Bay SAPS were in line, and b they would want to avoid a situation where Mr de Swardt suspected what Ensure Secure Services had done finding many millions and keeping it all but being excluded), which would incur wrath and slavery they did not want.
If Mr de Swardt is critical of ES and Ensure Secure Services is critical of him, it is either a smoke screen or something that has happened since that time. Because at the time, they were a team.
In the conversation with the Leirmans Road housekeeper which is ABSOLUTELY ESSENTIAL LISTENING AND READING to truly understand what happened and why), he states that not only was Mr de Swardt leading the secret, illegal operation at Leirmans while everyone was distracted with my arrest, but that Denis was his right-hand man for that operation.
If I work out the timelines, as the SWAT team blew their way into my house and blew and/or smashed their way through all five floors before getting to my bedroom or office on the 5th floor, coming from both sides with multiple officers, all with pretty impressive-looking guns pointed at me, Mr de Swardt was arriving with Denis and some Hout Bay police officers at Leirmans Road. After arresting the occupants, removing them, taking the keys, and taking possession of the property, Mr de Swardt and Denis headed back to Fisherman’s.
On the way, he called Inge to tell her they had been successful and that “we got him; he won't be coming back out this time..”
This times perfectly with when Mr de Swardt appeared in my bedroom, using his phone to take photos of me, clearly in his element and loving every minute of what was happening. In particular, the power. The housekeeper who was at Leirmans when Mr de Swardt raided it and who was then at Fisherman’s for the remainder of the time having been taken there by Mr de Swardt also saw the operation there and commented that he assumed Mr de Swardt who he had never met prior to that was the chief of police and in charge of the entire operations).

Their plan justified theft and murder while ensuring no real investigation. If I vanished, the story would be that I fled with my “millions” to escape mounting evidence. With Mr. de Swardt’s influence over SAPS, any inquiry would be blocked. As I was arrested, Mr. de Swardt and his team seized Leirmans Road, securing full control. His presence in my bedroom, taking photos, made it clear, this was a calculated power play.
Towards The End Of The Arrest And Search Process,
Towards the end of the arrest and search process, the investigating officer asked me to assist them. In itself strange, as at the outset they had asked the housekeepers to go with the police to each room to show them each room. There are over 30 individual rooms at Fisherman's, and I assumed that they wanted to ensure they didn’t miss any. But by this point, the search was pretty much over.
The premise of my helping them had been to do a final and full sweep of the whole property. I was taken from the 5th floor, which is where I normally sleep, and the assumption would be that I slept there.
Although for the previous few weeks, I had been sleeping on the 5th floor, as the master bedroom has direct access to and therefore from the mountain. The one vulnerable area of the property considered a significant risk by the bodyguards, whose boss had intel about Mr de Swardt, had alarmed us. And because I was at that point working 18–20 hours every day, collapsing in bed for four hours when repeating,
When I got there, Mr de Swardt was with Denis, laughing, chatting, and instructing police offices to do X, Y, and Z. When they saw me, they were clearly expecting me and asked, "Where is the safe?.” I must have looked confused as then they said, "The safe, the one hidden in a secret room behind the secret panel door" not their precise words but near enough) ... I had to think and then realised that they were confused and meant the safe at Hove Road, that Paula had put in and to get to it there was a panel in the wall you had to push in for it to open. I replied, "I'm afraid your six months are too late; the safe you are talking about was at Hove Road, and that property was handed back a while ago.".
They both looked extremely annoyed.
The police officers and Investigating Officer said we were done with that room even though we had done nothing in it and took me out. I expected us to go to the next room and began leading them there. but they steered me away, instead they took me through the kitchen and to the guest flat, where they wanted me to sign some paperwork while Mr de Swardt could choreograph my exit from maximum exposure and humiliation.
But I realized I had not been taken to any rooms other than my bedroom. In reality, what had happened was that, as the search was ending and they had found nothing, Mr de Swardt asked the Investigating Officer to go and get me, so he could casually ask about the safe. as if, by coincidence, we had bumped into each other while we were both walking around.

Mr. de Swardt had orchestrated the entire interaction.line content including a petition and fake Instagram profiles, creating fake dossiers and then even creating victims in the absence of real ones, they successfully manipulated the narrative, switching the roles, presenting themselves as victims, and me as the villain.
The Realisation
And this is when I also realized the SWAT team had more of a purpose than I thought. Yes, I am sure they were there so Mr de Swardt could feed his ego, to maximize my humiliation, to maximize how it would look to the pre-briefed journalists, very likely to ensure they were able to secure the devices, data, and documents fast and without opposition, maximum distraction from their illegible operation at Leirmans, and maximum impact in his retelling of the day’s events, whether to the media or his friends, current or future clients. But they were also there to help them find the suitcase of cash and diamonds and, at the very least, the secret stash of cash that had to exist at Fisherman's, since no one had found a physical trace in any bank or in any location.
The arrest was for three cases of white-collar fraud. Complaints at the time the ones within that letter the Investigating Officerhad closed off as civil disputes... Nonetheless, involving no violence, guns, or any of the other reasons an armed team would be involved.
Somehow Mr de Swardt had managed to get one.
NB: Once both properties had been secured for their respective owners, Mr de Swardt let the housekeeper go without charge.
Further, I had actually asked the senior offices the same question three times. I watched the police plane clothes and unfirmed tear through the property, opening every cupboard, every drawer, and looking in every nook and cranny. In my office, they had cleared out literally everything: the laptops, phones, hard drives, backup drives, and every document, piece of paper, folder, and file.
One idiot even asked if he should take the printer. Why has someone asked in case there is evidence of the spool? Like it was some 1940s typewriter, and they were looking for the imprint of a pororoca, letter.

The SWAT team's presence was not only for intimidation and humiliation but also to secure potential evidence, including the suitcase of cash and diamonds. Despite the arrest being related to white-collar fraud, the operation seemed focused on finding hidden assets rather than investigating the alleged crimes. As the search unfolded, officers rummaged through every room and document, even questioning if they should take a printer, revealing the chaos and lack of professionalism.
The Search
However, in all the other rooms, they did no such thing; they would open cupboards and drawers, and in those there was paperwork, some clerically official-looking, and they simply moved on to the next drawer. So, they were clearly not looking for paperwork, documents, or letters. But it was clear they were looking for something specific.
So, I asked the IO, what are you guys looking for so intently and so specifically? He was aggressive in his reply and said, “You’ve seen the warrant; you know why we're here!”!
When we were in the room and I saw the same behaviour, I asked again. Referring to the warrant he mentioned, you are here to arrest me for fraud, yet you are looking in every place and disregarding paperwork, files, and things that could have a bearing. You guys are clearly looking for something specific. What is it?
An officer was passing by at the time, and he tore me to shreds. He was very aggressive and, in my face, and I felt that his aggression was definitely aggressive. They all seemed more and more frustrated and anxious as the search continued, and nothing was found.
It could have been guns they were looking for if Mr de Swardt had told them there were guns to motivate the Sway team.
But guns are not large, and they were not looking after papers. Whatever, it was small enough to fit in a closet but too large to be under some paperwork.

THE CAMPAIGN
During the search, officers moved past paperwork without examining it, clearly focused on finding something specific. When I questioned the Investigating Officer, his aggressive response and the officers' increasingly frustrated demeanor suggested they were searching for something beyond the scope of the fraud charges. Despite their intense search, no significant evidence was found, leaving me to wonder if they were looking for something more valuable, possibly hidden within the property.
The True Motivation
They were looking for a suitcase of cash and diamonds. Or, at the very least, a suitcase with lots of cash in it. Mr de Swardt has obviously never found a secret t bank account. I know this because there has never been one. But if he thinks I had been banking millions legally or illegally, it had to be somewhere. And my home made the most sense.
So, remembering that Denis was with him, he joined at the hop at both the illegal raid at Leirmans and the arrest at fishermen, both coordinating and working closely together, with Johan stationed at times in the house, at times out the front, whatever they all my claim now they were thick as thieves on October, November, and December.
I believe the desire to kill me after torturing me to get the information needed to find and access the accounts, check the money, and enjoy their untraceable millions was very real. And only through chance, didn’t get to be executed. I also don’t believe they would have ever tried to push off and expect Mr de Swardt to swallow the story that would have been fed to the press and public. They worked extremely closely from the start in October, and I saw with many low eyes as I watched how close they were in December.
It may well have changed since then. Their plan in terms of enrichment at least had failed. They found no cash or diamonds; they found no secret bank accounts; they harvested no evidence from that riad and the confiscation of everything; the expected deluge of hundreds of guests over the summer peak season didn't happen. The news24 articles prior to or during that stint in Pollsmoor had elicited no one to come forward; Mr de Swardt had had to fabricate their dossier to say the 11 groups paid Cape Exclusives back account., very likely, the bank, from whatever accounts the embezzled money went, had frozen them. I made sure all of the various banks knew what he had don), so, what bound them together—greed, power, hate of a common foe, the search for treasure, no longer existed.
And there is no doubt that each blames the other. And probably so obsessed with the treasure rather than accept that it doesn’t exist; they have probably told others and themselves I hid it before the raid, no doubt tipped by one of the magistrates I pay to keep in my pocket, a necessity for any mafia boss.
The more I correlate his confession video with the WhatsApp export and my own emails, experiences, and notes, they tie in perfectly. So, I am more and more confident that what he said was true. But he became less and less confident in his version of his involvement.
And when taken alongside Mario's statements and the other chats, there really is only one conclusion
