We take all the risk in effect and the owner month on month benefits from the rental income and continuous investment.

Also the dynamic is very different. The chances of the tenant (ie us). not paying are non existent as we’d lose all the investment and time spent on the property to that point

Ironically the biggest challenge we face with this is the owner thinking well it sounds to good to be true so it must be too good to be true. But then the evidence is here at Hove Heaven. We’ve taken it from a lovely house and transformed it into a super villa that can compete with the best of the best.
