Visa Sabotage: Exposing Corruption and Systemic Abuse

The information provided here details a deliberate and coordinated effort to sabotage my legal immigration status in South Africa. Through the misuse of state institutions, fabricated affidavits, unlawful detentions, and direct interference with visa applications, a group of individuals—leveraging corrupt relationships within SAPS and Home Affairs—have sought to manipulate the system for personal and financial gain.

This section contains the official correspondence submitted to the Director General of Home Affairs, detailing how my passport was stolen and withheld, my visa extensions obstructed, and my immigration status weaponized to justify wrongful imprisonment, illegal eviction, and financial ruin.

Despite my full compliance with visa regulations for decades, those responsible have exploited gaps in the system to create a false legal narrative, portraying me as unlawfully present when, in fact, it was their deliberate interference that prevented my extensions.

This matter is not just a personal injustice—it highlights the severe vulnerabilities within the South African immigration and law enforcement system. If individuals with connections can so easily manipulate state agencies, anyone—local or foreign—can become a target.

The documents attached provide concrete evidence of these unlawful actions, exposing the misuse of Home Affairs authority, falsified records, and procedural sabotage. This is a direct appeal for transparency, accountability, and intervention to restore the integrity of my immigration status and prevent future abuses of this kind.
